PODS AND SODS
Small is huge! KCBG Photography looked to the smallest of things to explore the extraordinary within the ordinary. My nature images take simple leaves and seed pods to the next level, exploring their qualities using vibrant colours, lights and shadows. I wanted to see the plumpness of pods, the shine of dew on leaves and small spiny hairs come forth using negative and infrared imagery.
Seed Pod was featured on the cover of Vine Leaves Literary Journal 2015.
